Pursuing a career in missions is all about obedience. If God is directing you into full time ministry, your only option as a child of God is to obey.

BLF is looking for obedient Christians, willing to get out of their comfort zone, looking for a place to serve. We offer the following service opportunities in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Pressman - experience necessary

Printer Apprentice - assistant to pressman

Bindery Operator - operate machinery involved in all aspects of bindery

Production Coordinator

Computer System Manager - maintain the computer network

Marketing Specialist - market research, product development, sales and distribution

Graphic Artist Assistant - assist with book & promotional artwork

Office Assistant - variety of duties

Accountant – manage and oversee publishing house financial operation

Equipment maintenance - maintain  bindery equipment

Building maintenance - repair and renovations

Pastor-at-large – care for spiritual needs of staff and deal with interpersonal issues

U.S. Director of Development - The person in this position will manage the marketing efforts of BLF, for the purpose of expanding BLF’s support base in the U.S., represent BLF in churches, as well as develop & coordinate a systematic donor appeal program.

BLF Regional Representative - This position is for whatever area of Canada and U.S.A. you are currently living in. Reps. are encouraged to take (or make) as many opportunities as possible to share the ministry and needs of BLF in churches, Christian colleges, small groups, conferences and with individuals for the purpose of making the ministry known, recruiting personnel, raising funds, and raising up prayer partners.
